The Civic from Honda is one of the best known and best old vehicles in the list of vehicles coming from the Honda family. From the time of introduction, the civic has come through many generations, depending upon the markets where they were sold. The first generation offered a two door car, but as the time passed, the vehicle was redesigned to be bigger, stronger and one that could hold more number of passengers. It came through eight generations and is now stepping into the ninth generation, which is the 2012 model of the Civic cars.

The Civic Coupe 2012 model has an engine that has a capacity of 1.7 liters and can produce 115 Hp power. The transmission system used in the vehicle is a manual one, and works in the 5 speed mode, which enables this car to give good fuel efficiency. You also have the option to use a 4 speed transmission that is automatic or a variable transmission that is continuously varying (CVT). The mileage offered by this vehicle is one of the best in the industry and you would be surprised by the fact that it gives 32 miles for each gallon of fuel, when you are driving through the city and up to 37 miles for each gallon, when the car is on the highway! The vehicle comes with many standard features that includes a perfect air conditioning system, entry into the vehicle without using keys, both manual and power locks for the doors, windows that are the winding up model, bars at the front and the back, which prevent the car from rolling or sliding on tilted roads, power controls, a good looking center console, a CD player and many more good features that can please any car lover.

There are 4 trim levels for this new 2012 model Coupe. They are the LX, DX, HX and the EX. The LX costs around $15,310 while the DX is available at a lower price of $13,810. The HX model is available at around $13,860, which is almost near to the rate of the DX model. The highest priced model is the EX model, which can come around $17,010! The DX model is distinguished by the windows that are the wind up model, and the manual locking system. The LX, which is the second highest in cost, comes with bars that prevent rolling, power controls,entry without keys into the vehicle, Cd player etc. the EX, the high priced one, offers much more better options like the power mirrors that come in the same color as the body of the car, perfect audio speakers etc. The safety features also are quite good, with air bags at the front, seat belts for the front and back passengers etc. the warranty the company offers for this vehicle is 36000 miles or 3 years, which shows the quality of the ride it gives!
